As a supervisor or admin, you'll quickly become familiar with the "tooltip" on the grid. This tooltip allows you to get a detailed breakdown of the day for that person, make detailed edits to their shifts (OT, time off, beats, etc.). You can also remove future shifts this way, and leave notes on someone's cell for the day.
