Hour Totals

The General Layout

Purpose: Gives you sum totals for every hour type and bank, either by person, or for the dept. as a whole.

You have several ways to filter/use this report...  
 
  • filter by job type
  • filter by group
  • span specific date ranges
  • compare totals to previous years
  • Obtain OT totals for people (including which pay preference they chose)
  • and much more...

Sortable Columns

By simply clicking the very top of a column, you can sort the report based on that column. You can go high-to-low, or low-to-high.
 
Each person has their own row in this report, however there is a sum total row at the very bottom of the report as well, that sums the columns for everyone on the current report.

Keep in mind that if you want totals for the ENTIRE dept., you'll need to be sure you do not have any group or job type filters applied (these are located at the top of the report), otherwise the totals shown will only be for the selected groups/job types.

Make sure to hit the "Generate Report" button when you select new filters/dates!
